dark chocolate has antioxidants...I LOVE Dove Dark Choc. Bars

if you're going to use choc. syrup, see if you can find some that doesn't have HFCS in it

I eat the Baker's semi-sweet chocolate. It's in the baking goods section of the grocery store. It's like $2 for 8oz. If you eat chocolate, make sure 'chocolate' is the first ingredient.

I have heard yes and no. I am eating the Food Lion Brand chocolate Syrup. And this is really n00bish but what do you mean by clean bulk.

If you're going to eat sweets purchase the good chocolates. Since high fructose corn syrup has been introduced into foods health problems have sky-rocketed. I believe something like obesity rates have tripled and so have health risks. I don't have the study with me at the moment that told me this, but I did read it.

I hate this quote, so, even use moderation in moderation.

I think it's fine for a bulk. Just count your calories and make sure the chocolate isn't sending you over where you should be or forcing you to cut out things you need like healthy fats and protein.

Be aware, dark chocolate has a LOT more caffeine than regular chocolate. I get migraines so I have to avoid caffeine. I found this out AFTER I started eating dark chocolate daily and getting massive headaches :(.
