Your lats scare me.
You are a beast. 605 SLDL? Curl 225 for 3 reps? Nice interview!
Do you really recommend doing only 2-4 working sets per bodypart per workout? That seems like awfully little, but what do I know. Set me straight please.

Great interview Chris! I like your attitude towards steroids, very refreshing.
Great job Chris.. we have a lot of the same opinions...
Except I still train with too many sets.. and a few too many sets to failure..
Dang.. that's probably why I have been able to pull over 600.. lol
Keep lifting heavy.. and as always, a great job with ALN..

I am taking a week off completely due to my quad injury and then I will begin training around it. I THINK I will still be able to do the stiffs but I may not be able to go that heavy for a few weeks. I promise the next time I pull that much I will get a video.

I also said do as I SAY not as I DO... Man, I am too darn obsessive for my own good sometimes. It is both a strength and weakness.

I don't know if anyone has told you this, but it appears someone has surgically implanted a manhole cover in your back.
Cool interview.
no actually it looks like he's wearing a shield on his back.
