sup, i am new here and i thought of asking this. i plan to lift weights for the reason of strength and vert only. currently weigh normal and i can eat a lot without gaining much weight.
so in order to get the prefered results should i start a diet and if i do what and where should i start.

Diet is a HUGE HUGE factor in any training, so if you want decent results then yes you should start a proper nutrition program, along with a proper writing program.

Obviously diet is extremely important but you mentioned you can eat a lot without gaining much weight.
Write out a eating plan. If you are not gaining weight...add something extra to each meal until you start gaining weight.
Do you have a weight training and cardio program you are following as well?

sorry about the writing, hope you mates can ignore that.
so its hard for me to gain weight, and i should do that? aint there some weird protein, carbo requirements ?
i've got a basic weight training program, nothing complex yet, no cardio though.
