well i just purchased animal cuts and i plan on doin mainly cardio..i'm not too concerned about losing the muscle now, i'm just pretty much trying to lose the gut. i'm 5"11 190. i plan on making it down to the 175-180 range. how many calories should i eat a day? and what type of foods should i consume while cutting? sorry i know i'm a noob but any little advice would help. thanks!

Why would you want to mainly do cardio on a cut?

What are you eating now? And didn't you just ask this elsewhere?

yea i did...but i didnt think it was the right forum for it...i mean, i planned on lifting of course.

i just figured it helped to do cardio when you were trying to burn fat...maybe i shouldnt refer to it as a cut...i dont kknow...lots of tuna...and shakes
