Hi, im new here... nyways I was just wondering, is there a maximum time that you can jog for before your body starts to look towards your muscles for energy? or can you jog for as long as you want without affecting your muscles?
Any answers will be appreciated

There are too many variables to give you an accurate answer, but any activity affects your muscles.

After a long period of steady state cardio your body starts to burn muscle. Hence why you don't see muscular marathin runners.
