Stump, I wouldn't worry too much. You're as strong as an ox. Look at it this way: I weight as much as you, I have forearms as big as your biceps, but you can bench more than me, squat more than me, deadlift more than me, shoulder press more than me ect. In the end, who cares how big your arms are. You're a hell of a lot stronger than nearly everyone your age.
