Could someone check my fitday and tell me if I'm eating right?

How much do you weigh?

Without knowing that, you might be high on carbs and low on protein.

Uhh, no. Tons of sugar/carbs. Very low protein unless you weigh 75lbs. What are your goals? Cals are way too low if your trying to add any mass.

Read the cutting link in my sig, do it backward to bulk. Info is the same.

Stop drinking juice. Can you eat dairy?

yes i can eat some dairy, just not too much. i've heard bad stuff about cheeses, and i dont like milk much.

also, that isn't for the whole day. those were the foods i ate until noon.

oh and i'm 135 lbs, 5'7.5"

Cottage cheese is an excellent source of protein if you don't eat meat. Too much soy makes me nervous - phytoestrogens and it's a goitrogen.

Ah okay, thanks. Is 1g/kg of bodyweight of protein enough?

1-1.5g of protein per 1lb bodyweight. Not per kg =P

Teaturtle, please read the diet link in my sig.

I know you're bulking - just increase the cals instead of decreasing them. All the info you need is in that thread.
