only was able to do 3 repetitions of ~70 yard sprints and came close to puking.

God HIIT kicks my ass, heck any cardio-demanding task does me in. As strong as my hamstrings are, I felt them getting fatigued really really quickly. Looks like I got some work to do.

You didn't even puke and you're complaining? :p

I have yet to meet pukey, I came close when I did Tabata Zercher squats with 150lbs for 10 rounds.

I wonder why gyms don't have puke bins?

Only reasons I didn't puke was a.) I made sure to do it at least 90 minutes after my last meal and b.) I only got 3 sprints in.

I was very close to puking but I hate puking (waste of food) so I decided to call it a day.

I was recently told not to use the garbage can anymore due to health reasons. :(

Unreal

I'm affraid to try a tabata at the gym for the first time because I know I will probably spew all over. That and I know people who stare at me more then normal.

Tabata squats/sprints/etc outside are ideal.

Relentless

LOL.

A clear sign that the gym is not hardcore enough.

I've been in places where there was a puke bucket next to the squat rack. Got to love it!
