Hi my name is Tristen but every1 calls me Triddy. I started working out around 6 months ago weighing in at an approximate 135 kilos//297 pounds hopeing to get my bodyweight down between 90-110 kilos//198-242 pounds i started the year doing a strength training routine but have learnt alot over the past 6 months to write up my own routine, learning new things every day.

Im back every1 after a while with no comp it has finaly gotten fixed and wil begin posting again on monday when i continue my training

finaly benching my own bodyweight at one rep max slowly getting the weight higher and higher slowly now at 120 kilos
