What happens on a high protein, high fat, low carbs diet that has just enough carbs to stay out of ketosis? This question is in relation to a ketosis diet. Will your body just have much more carb craving than being in ketosis?

I've found that as long as I keep carbs below about 150 gm/day (and mostly low-GI or combined with protein) that I don't have any problem with cravings.

If your in ketosis your gonna be hungry. REALLY hungry.
If you want to curb your appetite then eat your carbs around your workout (like Built).

Your starving yourself, your always hungry (atleast most people).
Maybe I'm confused about what your asking. what do you mean by your body craving carbs?

Ketosis suppresses appetite for most people.

I've been in Ketosis for over a week and I'm having no problem at all with craving food of any kind. Its the first time I got to this point and I thought it would be a knightmare. I'm actually finding it very easy at the moment.
