So last night I was at friday night fights, enjoying myself and minding my own business. Anyway, during one of the fights, out of nowhere a cop just walks up next to me and stands there, talking on his radio. I'm sweating bullets, wondering what the hell do/ did i do now? lol. Anyway, he ended up leaving, guess he just wanted to scare the hell out of somebody. Ugh. I've always had hostility toward authority. Dont trust em. lol. well, question is, how many of you have been arrested, what for, and what was it like...? lol, if you can describe it.

I was held under armed guard at the Canadian embassy in London pending deportation for entering England with an expired passport. Does that count?

I was arrested for a dui when i was 19. Sucked major. I was about 20 feet from my dorm when they pulled me over.

It was in a small country town. I was terrified. They had me take a shower, so i got out of the shower, and the guy said " did i tell you to get out of that goddamn shower? get your ass back in there " i almost **** myself.

I did not sleep at all that night I stayed awake the whole time hoping noone would try to backdoor me or nothing lol.

It was just for pedophilia, though, so I don't think it really counts.

Never been arrested. I've been slapped with a DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) that my lawyer somehow got me out of though.

Had tons of small slaps on the wrist for drinking and having parties at my house.

*Cough* and once the campus security caught me stealing a hat from the bookstore *cough*

I was at a party (16) I had supplied the alchol I was with a bunch of panies who'd rat out anyone the second they got wind that cops are coming. I was arresetd and charged with Supply of alchol to minors (even though I was a minor) i'll leave it at this

It was a humbling experience and I never intend on going back.

I've never been arrested, but I've had minor issues where I've talked to cops a lot (speeding, house parties, etc). Most of the time they're just trying to do their job and have to respond to calls or something. A lot of them are pretty good guys.

But, sometimes they can be dicks...
When I was back in high school, one of my friends was kind of known by some of the cops because he used to, god forbid, smoke pot and drink beer. One time he was driving to my house, and a cop followed him and then threw the lights on when he parked at the top of our drive way. He had already parked, hadn't done anything wrong, and so he just walked out and stood by his car. The cop comes out, gun drawn, yelling that he needs to "GET INTO HIS VEHICLE, PRONTO." He was dumb for not listening, but he held his hands up to show he had nothing on him, and politely asked what the problem was, only to be thrown on the pavement by the cop, frisked, and charged with "resisting arrest" although he had nothing to be arrested for. Complete bull ****.

Honestly, I don't know how I would handle myself if some worthless cop tried to pull some **** like that on me now. I'd have a very hard time keeping my composure if they become needlessly violent.

Once for fighting in the street and drunken disorderly. Slept it off in jail and was bailed out in the morning. Actually pretty funny a buddy of mine ended up getting tossed in also, same thing but from a completely different bar. So we kind of hung out a talked most the night.

Second was bouncing and this homeless guy came up and kicked over our owners motorcycle and then ran. I caught him about a block away and dragged him down the street back to the bar. Someone called the cops and was arrested for that. Owner bailed me out a couple hours after being in and finished the night off at work. That same homeless guy was found knifed to death about 3 weeks later and I got questioned for his death, which was very frightening.

Third, was bartending and the dumb ass bouncer didn't card some under age kids and got whacked for serving minors. Complete BS, bar got a fine and I got a drive downtown where I basically walked out of the car and they told me to get a cab home. Nothing really happened to me.

Fourth, was at a hot dog stand and these guys cut in front of me and I said that I was waiting in line and they said tough ****, unfortunately for them a couple of my buddies who happened to be the starting 2 LB and DE just happen to walk up right when one of the guys said, you got a f-ing problem. Fight started, real beat down and the cops pulled up and all of us went for the night.

Funniest thing I ever saw was a me and two buddies come walking out a bar and there is this guy trying to force this girl into a pickup. My buddy goes running over there and asks her if she is getting kidnapped and she is crying. The guy tells him to F off so he punches him in the head and they start fighting and my other buddy goes running up starts helping the guy takes off running and my buddies start chasing him when this cop car comes flying up and this girl cop comes out running chases my one buddy down tackles him and cuffs him, gets up and catches up to my buddy and the other guy who were wrestling and she cuffed my buddy and was holding the other guy down until back up came. All three guys were sitting on the curb together and all the male cops were goofing on them, saying a chick cop caught them all, I just sat there and laughed at them.

see, thats the problem, kids under 21 (myself included) go crazy with alchohol while we're in college for our fist years (when its illegal) and then kinda cool off once its legal....

If theyd lower it to 18 or lower I think the result would be more responsible drinking (although there would be some bad)

Out of all my german friends I tend to get the stupidest when drunk. I think thats because I lived in America for 7 years and it was taboo to drink. But compared to my buddies in America it was just "Heh your dull why not light yourself on fire when you run down the grape feilds instead!" Anyways lower the drinking age and you'll have less problems, I assure you.

Unfortunately we don't care about solving problems, we care about money. In the long run a drinking age of 21 is probably more profitable.

I've been arrested a couple of times. Nothing too big. Once in highschool we tried to destroy a mailbox. I was charged with "criminal damaging and endangerment". Just another reason why I hate cops/judges. They blow everything out of proportion.

Messin' with the mail is usually a federal crime. It's right above returning VHS tapes to the video store that haven't been rewound and removing tags from matresses if you're not the owner. You got off with a slap on the wrist. :D

That's actually a myth-at least when it comes to smashing mailboxes. It was still just a misdeamenor of the least degree, but I guess they call it "endangerment" because they considered draino plus foil a "bomb".

last night was at a party in one of the nicer suburbs on the city limits, well, my friend who was hosting it and my other good friend got tired of everybody complaining of the lack of beer, so we finally bit the bullet and went to the store. after consuming about 40 dollars of good rum between the three of us. Well, we get to the atm machine and the store is just down the street. nothing happens. My friend who is driving, doesnt know the neighborhood yet. Anyway, he missed a turn and slowed down because there was another entrance to the street just a little bit down the road. And the next thing we know, there's bluelights flashing and we're on the side of the road talking to the porker. I think the problem the guy said was the dealer tags werent taped on good enough for him to see it clearly. Anyway, after about what felt like twenty minutes, and the cop running our id's, he finally just says, "head home and tape it."
I was still hyperventillating when my friend pulled back onto the road.

I didn't even know the kid had that with him, I was just driving. If I hadn't been 18 and clueless about our rights we would have gotten out of it because all they found was broken glass in the mailbox, and all the cops saw was us pull into his driveway. He was our friend so we first claimed that we went to his window to wake him up-then one of the other 3 morons with me cracked under questioning. They found porn in my trunk that I had been selling at school and told the entire town how they found the videos in my trunk, we filed a law suit for deformation of character and slander against the department:)

Had fully automatic airsoft guns and blasted a sign twirler with like 50 pellots. He was using his sign to deflect bullets.

Later that day we drove by on our way home and there were two cops sitting there waiting for us.

Ended up running from the cops and ditching all the airsoft equpiment out the window.

Pellets were everywhere.

We ran througha residential neighborhood and parked outside our apt building. We were in our friends care and didn't have a gate opener. we jumped the fence and ran inside the house.

Had about 10 cops looking for us....

They found the car and towed it and held it for a criminal investigation.

HIred a lawyer and paid impound/tow fees which ended up costing $3,500. Lawyer crafted up one hell of a story for us and did all the talking. Charges were dropped.

So, you and your friends terrorize this guy by shooting at him 50 times while he's wearing absolutely no protective gear and then run off (Actually I bet you didn't even get out of the car, did you). You've got him cowering in fear behind his sign...

This miserable guy, who obviously has no money, cuz he holds a damn sign for a living, rightfully calls the cops, you evade them (another crime) and then hire a lawyer who gets you off scott-free.

...

you're pretty low bro.

Yes long time ago. not proud of it.
in fact ive not spoke of it since, i saw a guy whacking his dog, a guy i knew to be a heroin addict.
i made a comment to him, he turns and swings for me. i said look ill let it go now if you do but dont raise your big brave fists at me , i hit back dogs cant.

so he then spits in my face.

i completely and utterly lost my mind and went so beserk i hardly remember most of it. i remember 3 security guards and the police putting me a holding cage outside the police station (in the rain) and later charging me with
WOUNDING OFFENCES AGAINST THE PERSON ACT 1861 s.20.....
for which i received a rather unwelcome 9 months.

The cheap ass pellets have seams. The seams will cut you. And protective eyewear is required. Those pellets will definitely blind a person. You risked his health and you stole his dignity for your own amusement. That makes you a jerk.

And I suspect you are, in fact, proud of it. Otherwise you would have not posted it on the internet. Or you would have put a statement of remorse (or at least something even hinting at it) when you originally told the story.

And for god's sake cut your hair. jeez.

Unless you both have pristine white backrounds. Cuz ya know, a sins a sin.

Stop jumping to conclusions.

Not all of us have lived the same lives or been raised the same way. What i did was stupid. There is no arguement. It's done and nothing changes the matter. Did you see anywhere that i said "lolz we shotz this kid it twas tah Cullest!"

I, like most people, have done some stupid ******ed stuff. I'm sure you have too. After much prayer and self reflection, i've turned things around.

I come from a Christian home with an abusive backround. I've never been involved with any substance abuse even though, i've at times, lived with people addicted to cocaine. When you get out from the leash of your step father for the first time in your life, just about anything abusive, violent, recklace, is exciting. It's never about hurting anybody. If anybody would have been hurt, i can without a shadow of a doubt say that i would have gotten ouf of the car and waited around for the police. This was not an isolated event. It was coupled with thousands of dollars in theft, and some ******ed vandalism.

It was stupid and reckless. End of story. If i could, i'd return everything i stole and i'd give the poor kid i shot a back rub... and let him cap me with 100 pellets.

I'll never do it again and i'm a better person because of it.

A sin is a sin, and judgement from one sinner upon another is hollow.

Similar vein.....

I was returning home many years ago and was stopped at a stop light just waiting. There were 4 slightly younger gents (I was probably 21-22ish) and these gentlemen were jumping up on cars (in the intersection) and basically terrorizing some lady in the car next to me. For some reason I had a loaded BB gun (pretty powerful) under my seat (grew up in real bad ghetto area), rolled down the passenger window and as they walked away (still kicking cars and being Azzes), I proceeded to nail one in the thigh.. It was quite funny how he howled like a howler monkey and jumped around like he got stung by a bee...LOL.. The others had no clue what was wrong with this guy... This I AM proud of....

No animals were harmed in the making of this memory...LOL...

Peace out...

I got arrested once, lol.

I was going 70 in a 60 last November. They ticketed me and made a court date, which I missed because of back surgery. A couple months after I was back at work I got pulled over right outside my office building. Cop had run my plates. I was cuffed and left to stand there in front of my office building cuffed with 4 cops and 3 blinking cop cars (uh overkill, ya think?) for like 30 minutes while my coworkers drove in to work. Eventually they wedged me into the back of the car and took me to the foulest most disgusting urine-coated pit of wretched miserable dirty guys you can imagine, half of whom looked like they might be carrying some communicable disease. I stayed there from that morning until past 2am the next morning.

On the job for less than a month when it happened. It sucked.
