Start:
Height: 5'9-5'10"
Weight: 142-145lbs
Body Fat: 18.2%

Started my weight gain on July 23rd, 2006. Weighted in at 149.6 on July 30th. Bought my 1st weight bench, 7' olympic sized bar and 300lbs of weight on July 29th. Barely maxed out at 120lbs on bench press and was only working out with 100lbs. Can't do squats/deadlifts due to pinched nerve in lower back so I do leg lifts to give my legs a little muscle. Planning on cutting and strict diet at the end of August if I get to my desired weight of 160-165lbs. may prolong it til a later date if i decide I want to be bigger.

I will try to update every sunday when i weight in again and post up bench press increases, etc..

well today I was going to max out but I pulled something in my arm last night while going to hard on the bench press. hopefully this pain will go away before tomorrow. I will weight myself later on today.

shoulder was feeling alot better today so i backed off 40lbs of the weight and just benched that. i suppose i should build up my shoulder muscles alot more before going at it hard again.

took a complete rest day yesterday...shoulders were feeling decent today but i decided not to push it. did a set of squats and some light weight dumbell curls. waiting for my shoulders to get 100% before i get back into my routine.

EDIT: Also did 40 setups. going to put together a better daily routine in the morning.
