Gudday MCV,

lookin good dude, though i don't understand some parts of your program lol (as in i don't get it ... not i think it's pointless or w/e).

your legs are f'in cut dude, all that plyo/football must be doin some good there. Your back is good as well, got the mad V shape going on it's good stuff. Just good upper body overall man, i'd kill for one like that lol. I'ma post pics soon as i get a digi-camera and you will see what i mean.

talk to you later, good luck with your programme and stickin to it ;-)

thanks man.......it was a lot easier for me, because i was always real skinny, and i have such a quick metabolism...so since i joined the gym, all i have gained is muscle.....

August 7 2006...

okaay, today i went to the gym a little earlier than planned, as there was a powercut in my house, and i didnt feel like sitting here doing nothing...

my legs were a bit tired from working out and football training, and i have been doing a lot of skipping too, so i decided to take it easy on them today, and just did some box jumps and light squats( 3 sets 50kg x8 reps )

bi/triceps alternating dumbell curls 16( 8 each arm)x 12kg
...straight into skullcrushers with a 21 kg barbell.....45-60 seconds rest and repeat x 3

then i stripped the weight down for the curls to 8kg each arm and did as many reps as i could, i think it was 53........then did same for overhead tri extension, think i got around 40 with a 10 kg db

shoulders traps military press with 10kg dumbells rep for 12 straight into upright row with the 21kg barbell....did 3 sets of this, and threw in 2 sets of side lateral raises with the 8kgs

chest warmup with a 45kg barbell flat bench for 12....
..........flat db bench with 14kg each side 12 reps, straigt into 10 clapping pushups.... again..3 sets of this

back wide grip assisted chin-20kg 12 reps straight into bent over barbell row with 36 kg 10 reps....only did 2 sets of the bb rows, as my hams were tight as i said at the start....

happy enough with today, really felt it on the guns

Hon, ditch the wide grips - go to narrow, shoulder width, parallel, but not wide grip.

right, its been a long time since i posted in this ....but hey........no1 really cares

gym today, usual workout, new pr on the deads........110kg for 5 reps......i kno thats lightweight, but im still nw to the DL's so i was happy...

also have upped the weight on db military press to 16kg each hand, which i was happy about, as i was supersetting them with upright bb rows with 38 kg bb.........sick pumpsin the delts, probly my favourite excercise after squats....

3 sets 12 rep squats with just 50kg on my back, again this is down to lack of squat rack....but also, i have my first match of the season tomorrow, and i didnt want any fatigue.....

weighed in at 67kg.........nearly at that 70......

first game of the season today (soccer).....(ima call it footballl tho)

it was a friendly......and as im new to the team, i didnt start the game, but was told id get the 2nd half, which i was happy about, as i have been out of training for a while with my injury...

anyway, we played quite well....went 2-0 up before the break...

and then half time came...MY TIME lol.....i goot the ball on the right wing, beat 2 players, a slide tackle came in on me, but i stayed up, which made the defender look soft..haha.....and i got my cross in....
30 seconds later, our keeper made a challenhe, and he landed badly...which left him in a heap on the ground.....then an ambulance had to come coz he couldnt move his legs.....the match was abandoned....and i only got one touch.....ugh...

that is all....lol
