Struggling to get under 220lbs, been running over 10 miles a week.. Oh well, a lot better than when I started!

I know you all envy that tan there..

This was at about 285lbs, so you can see the difference...

Phil, you're looking exceptional and deserve tons of props for it...the treadmill and elliptical work will help during winter.

Damn, great job on the cut. You're looking great and good luck with all future goals. You seem to be doing something right and that's what counts. What kind of routine are you using right now? What are your big three?

where've u been?! working hard i guess! didn't u think u needed to get down to like 200 to get lean?? u were wrong!! looking great man! and if the weight loss is slowing down, u could either go stump's route, or just maintain for a couple of months, let ur body get used to eating normally again, and then start dieting again. either way looking awesome man! do u have any loose skin at all?

You should not set a goal body weight when you are using resistance training for the simple fact you will most likely add some muscles mass if you have never trained with weights before.

Wannabelean, you look great! You have lost a TON of fat and have a solid physique now. Don't worry excessively about losing a certain number of pounds just keep training and eating well and you will be fine.

IMO you should ditch the cardio, im sure the calories burned are nice but I would think you could get it done better in the kitchen then on the track.

Thanks a lot everyone!

Bohizzle, they banned the internet at work and I have a girlfriend that I spend a lot of time with so I don't get on very often. I still need to get to at least 200lbs to be cut I think, I can see abs, but still have lower stomach fat and lower back fat.. I also have loose skin that I am sure will need to be cut off, but hey, I look and feel 100 times better than I used to and I can run over 3 miles without stopping.. I feel great and the fat and the extra skin will eventually be taken care of..

I appreciate the comments everyone, time to whip the diet back into shape since it's no so easy to lose flub anymore :hide:

awesome progress, man. i was wondering where you'd gotten to. glad to see you've kept with it. you're a BEAST! lol

you could probably run a UD2.0, and get rid of what's left. at this stage, you really have to be strict to see the results you want.

Wow man, awesome job. I'm really close to the same boat you're in...though I'll NEVER see 224 in the real world ever again without hacking off a leg. It's good to see a fellow fat boy make some real changes. Gives everyone else some hope.

good improvement

drink lots of grean tea, eat little and often, drink plenty of water, and exercise often - you will drop body fat if your doing this right

Great job dude, go out and celebrate with some hookers or something! haha. You are totally jacked. I hope I look that good when I weigh 220.

I lost my legs when I was 2... J/K, my legs

I am not afaid to take my shirt off anymore, but I have loose titty skin that looks 10X worse in pics so I keep them to myself.. I also can see my abs, but there is some loose stomach skin that is the same as the chest in pics.. Just doesn't look right. I am actually meeting up with a plastic surgeon as soon as I can find a reputable one around here so I can get that taken care of.

Leg pics coming up

Man you got a sweet tan.

Honestly im jealous of you and the muscle you packed on during a cut. I was 285 at like 60 percent bodyfat ( hand tester checked it, not an actual scan) at school in 7th grade. I dropped to 195 at 18 percent and didnt have anywhere around the muscle you had. Keep workin hard, once you get all swolled out you can walk around with ur shirt off and tan the rest.

Dude, I can only say one thing:

If you think you have to get to 200 try switching up your diet tactics, perhaps stop dieting for a bit and then start again. Your legs look awesome, btw. I'm jealous. Very jealous.

Thanks guys!! I don't know the measurements for my legs, I will measure them asap..

Stump, the big 3 is nonexistent man. My lower back and right RC are messed up and just aren't getting better. Well my right RC is getting better, but still not 100% and my lower back just won't heal and probably never will. I can't do bent over rows, deadlifts, squats, SLDL or any of that stuff anymore :( I have been seeing a chiropractor for both for a while now, but no significant improvements.

You may not be able to ever lift heavy in those areas again, but you've done something almost no one does in loseing almost 200 pounds.
