Looking good. Arms and traps look big. I agree that your legs look like twigs, but not terribly so, but 27" legs is pretty big for 5'7.5. Do you do calf raises? I say your calves need work. You have some big workout numbers too. Good job on all the progress.

Damn, no offense, but the pictures don't depict your real size. You have a large chest and larger legs than me and they don't look all that much bigger. However, you're looking relatively lean and you have some outstanding lifts. Great job.

I know it's frustrating with the extra bf since you started so lean, but there is a lot of new muscle there. Once you cut you'll notice for sure.

i also didnt note that i can shrug 605 x 3 lol so the traps are there just probley buried.

yeah, the leg shots are off i will take new ones later.

Pics are good but you'll look super before you hit 18, no need to think otherwise. The fact that you've been overweight in the past and at a very young age will probably affect your self-image for awhile.

Doing excellent Rob, you're at the forefront with just your work ethic alone.

You definitely don't look 16, man. Your back is huge. Your legs could be bigger in proportion but I would not call them twigs. If anything I'd say your arms and calves could be bigger in proportion to how large your chest/back is. They'll get there in time. :thumbup:

my camera died, its ok the front squat videos tomorrow will show lol ill wear short shorts LOL!

and about my calfs, i can easily calf raise 5pps on smith, 2pps on seated, and 4pps 1 footed on press lol.

yeah im going to cut about 10 more lbs and bulk again

estimates on bodyfat? tested 18-19 after the bulk at 210, my lower stomach hang throws it off he said from the extra skin.

Your upper body appears to dwarf your legs, but they're not sticks - it's just you carry your bf in your upper. I'm your polar opposite. Cut, and voila - symmetry once again!

i am around 17.5 - 18. and the diet is fine cept for cheating this past week and i dont really care, right now its maintainace until school then clean bulk for a few months, get real fat, cut hard for next summer.

comeback - lol thanks man, it all depends, my current diet is eat good or bad at decent levels haha. cutting i just eat less with alot of protien, bulking i eat a TON OF GOOD FOOD with 250+ grams of protien, thats about it

What are you doing for cardio? You have lost a considerable amount of weight, was it due eating less and the protein intake?

when i lost the bulk of the weight it was a pretty crappy diet with little food and alot of lifting and cardio but i was a noob and already strong so the gains were good.

when i compress the video it cuts out half, at like 15 - 16reps i start to go above parallel so im not satisfied.

are your thinking of entering powerlifting comps? if your not an just want to get stronger, its easy to judge depth when squatting to the floor (i know you cant actually touch the floor)

Do more squats and lat pull-downs. If you don't like lat pull-downs, use a wide grip bar for low pulley rows.

savy - i want to do some for fun but its very hard for me to go ATF the lowest i can go is like 1 inch below parallel, i need to perfect my wide stance and i can probley get a 455 single or more.

ive been using close stance atg an its not helping my weights at all, an has made my quads too strong for my hams, the highest 1rm conversion (taken from reps) ive done so far is just over 400lbs (pathetic)

im strengthening my hams up now to convert to a wide stance, its definately the way to go as far as getting the weight up

dont understand how you can only get to 1in below depth if your doing shoulder width - have you got a vid?

try it with just the bar, maybe your using too much weight to go down that low?

vids would be cool, form check an some of your lifts are impressive
