There a such thing as good frozen meals? Is there? I'm dying to know...

All the ones I've seen have piss poor levels of protein, crap levels of healthy fats, and more than half the RDA of sodium.

Its like they tell their scientists "make the most unhealthy product you possibly can".

Sure. Ones you make yourself and freeze. I got frozen vegtables, chicken, and salmon in my freezer. The only other things in there are ice, vodka, rum, gin, whiskey.

I'm gonna start cooking meat as soon as i get it and freezing it, seems a lot better than going through the rigmarole of defrosting it and cooking each individual portion seperately.

I cook about half my chicken and rice for the whole week at one time. when i'm really ambitious, I premeasure my rice, chicken and cube the chicken in advance, so all I do in the am is add my frozen veggie of choice and leave for the office.

Gladware: durable, but cheap enough to lose or toss out when it gets worn.

Sometimes when I'm feeling lazy I'll stop by the store and pick up some Chicken Voila, it's pretty tasty

Lean Cuisine aren't bad...you gotta find the right ones. The ones I get are anywhere from 15-20 grams of protein. Not much food but they do the job as a snack.

Um stouffers and smartfoods have some good ones that have a decent amount of protein, and the fixed portion sizes I really like
