I am on, or so I say except for my unhealthy addiction to peanut butter w/ honey, a cut. It has been rough these past few days because I have been starving to death for some odd reason, but I WILL get back on track.

Peanut Butter and Milk would be good if you are looking for cals and protein. Also, chicken and more peanut butter. There is a sticky on here that talks about what a body builder eats...

It varies, but here are some of the things I like to get (not necessarily all at the same time):

skinless chicken breasts
lean ground beef
top sirloin (on occasion)
cottage cheese*
raw oats*
natty peanut butter*
2% fat milk*
protein powder (I consider it food)*
olive oil*
whole wheat sliced bread
broccoli
apples
brown rice
salt + pepper
splenda*
sugar-free tang or kool-aid

whatever has a * can be considered great for a calorie dense shake imo

Last night I got

Boneless skin less chicken breast
beef sirlion steak
Tomatos
bag of salad
green squash
mushrooms
fresh green beans
fresh garlic
brown rice
can of french onion soup
cottage cheese
diet coke
eggs

Grilled up 6 chicken breast, 3 steaks. Made some brown rice mixed with sauteed onions/garlic and a can of french onion soup. Stir fried fresh green beans in olive oil with fresh mushrooms. 4 friends came over and had dinner, and didn't even know how healthy it was. After dinner they made me run to the store and get ice cream and cookies because I didn't have any junk in my place to snack on. Consisted of ben and jerrys ice cream and chips ahoy cookies. I took one spoonful of icecream just to taste it because it was a new flavor.

I don't do my grocery but when my parents go, I make sure to tell them to pick these up:

- Oat Meal

Woah, that is all!

I would tell them to buy steak but its freaking expensive. LIke 7 bucks for one of those tray things...I can eat all that in one sitting. My parents hate me and they had threaten me before that they will kick me out of the house cause apperantly I'm an *******. So I don't want to leech money off them anymore.
