Desided to keep record of my lifts and share them seems like a group of good people on here

weight as of now 125 height 5'5" age 17

lift time: late october 05

Lifts as of now
bench: 200 x 1 personal best 175x5
deadlift: 300x1 "peanuts"
squat:255x1


Atempting to bulk really would like to get bigger

i have a few pictures to show progress if any from now to end of bulk if i do suceed


Ps. ill have other shots once my friend "Stump" returns home he has the rest

yestarday stump and I went to golds gym for an atempt at 315 dead (nervous due to back problems from squat week earlier)

ok i get my muscle milk tomorrow I'm taking a week off from the gym and starting next monday I'm goin to atempt to bulk strick bulk

the reason i took the week of to be honest with you is my back i was nervous if i didn't give it a little time to get better i'd suffer a lot more

i came back monday started at 7 30 first shake and a good size break fast

and a mail or shake every 2.5 hours going to stay on this eatin routine till I run out of muscle milk i have about 3 months worth only thing that will change is the size of the meals
