Hey guys,

Got on the scale at the gym today and was 388. Down 28 pounds in the last 3 weeks and 2 days. I got a running bet with the wife that I can drop 100 pounds before she drops her last 10 pounds. She has dropped 2 pounds so far. So we are actually kind of even.

The good thing is my strength is staying up also. I broke the gym record on a new move we have been using, I broke it by 16 kilos. So yeah the strength is still there and the fat his heading out the door!!!!! My drawers and shirts are starting to fit loosely, might have to go shopping soon!!!!

Watching my diet, no junk(except one cheat meal on Sat) and no carbs after 1 pm, no midnight snacking, lots of protein, taking Thermocin from At Large and just a little bit of cardio!!! I park further out in the parking lot at work so I got to walk, and I go to the upstairs bathroom at work so I have to walk steps and I park lower level at the gym so I gotta walk steps. I have picked up the pace on my walking around in the Grocery, Walmart and stuff.

I feel great and plan on getting to 308!!!! Well 315-320 then diet down for 308.

Wolfy!!!!!

Awesome work big man, at 400lbs you'll drop the first 50 pretty darn fast. You should be able to get to 308 without going crazy with the calorie counting.

The subtle changes make the biggest difference over a few months.

Another big tip is that, at first, you can lose weight much better in the kitchen then you can on the track. Meaning calories are more important for us guys who need to lose 80+ lbs of weight.

Im sure you'll reach your goals, you seem very motivated already.

I wish I had a girl as strong as you call me up and talk about training!

Excellent work Mike, I'm still trying to break 200 going in the opposite direction - but with my new approach to amount off crap I eat I'm going there fast! 199.8lbs on the scales this morning :)

All is well, I feel great and hopefully this weight keeps coming off with out losing much strength. I'm starting to notice that stuff fits better and even getting to big.

But it will take more then 30 pounds totake notice. Like my buddy said at 20 pounds lost:

"Hell Mike 20 pounds off of you is like throwing a deck chair off the Titantic aint no one gonna notice it"

Gosh I got such great friends, well at least they keep it real :)
So at 50 pounds i'll post another picture unless something cool is taken before that.

Wolfy!!!!

Yep me and Paul Key got some unfinished business to attend to at 308. haha, me and Paul have had a friendly Ohio rivalry between us for the last yr and a half. We have been going back and forth I think we are even now but we need to be on even playing ground and I need to be alot Healthier seeing as how I got a wife and kids to take care of :)
