Does ETS have the same effect as Glutamine with muscle recovery time? The reason I ask is because I will be getting ETS soon and was wondering if it would be necessary to continue to gluatmine. Thanks!

Glutamine is not necessary. You'll love ETS.

i tried some pure microlactin lately, taking 2-3g per day. does anyone know why there would be such a difference between that and ets?
btw, i didn't have very good results with regular ol' microlactin.

There would not be a huge difference. ETS, like creatine or any other ergogenic supplement will have a percentage of non-responders. In ETS' case that percentage is small but you may be one.

Ets has zinc.
Zinc = Good for testosterone
Testosterone = Good for recovery
