How Much Dextrose Pwo?

hey just a quicky, i was wondering whats an ideal amound of destrose to take after training and should i take some before training aswell?

I only go with about 60-70 gms. 40 dex, and 25 or so in my yogurt (mixed sugars). Any more and my yeast blows up.
