Looking at an egg for an example, the sat, mono, and poly fats dont add up to equal the total fats. Where is the rest coming from?

Didn't you make a thread almost exactly like this?

No, that was about the rounding of fats on food products.
I'm wondering why something so specific what goes to the hundredth of a decimal, would be off by more then a gram.

You're obsessing over this.

Wait until he discovers that fitday's foods are at least 75% guesswork. :)

Wait until he discovers that fitday's foods are at least 75% guesswork. :)Most of the foods I eat I entered myself into the custom foods. There's no point in using FitDay's pre-entered nutrition facts when what you're eating has one itself and is different than FitDay's.

Yes indeed. Go custom or don't bother. :)

you guys ever use calorieking.com? I really like it, and check out most of what fitday has on it. So far, everything on calorieking checks out and I have not found one food that is off. Doesn't mean that they are all right, but I have yet to find one that is wrong.
