People mention egg whites a lot in their recipies. For example in omlets or in these protein panckaes a lot of people talk about. Are you guys just using liquid egg whites? Are you boiling the eggs and using the solid egg whites, i'm kinda confused and sorry for the dumb question.

You can buy preseperated egg whites or just seperate them yourself. Just crack the egg in 1/2, and pour the white out while keeping the yolk in the shell. You could always just dump them in a bowl and spoon the yokes out if you can't get the above technique down.
