A lot of people, including myself, use powdered gatored with their creatine. I just randomly read the ingredients (since I haven't ever looked closely at it before) and the last ingredient is partially hydrogenated coconut oil.

big deal or not?

That partially hydrogenated thing bothered me a bit as well since I use powdered Gatorade basically every day.

i was going to pick this up for post workout when i bulk again, its basically dextrose right and that is what you need postworkout along with protien right? i usually just have a shake postworkout with a ton of crap but when school starts i can only take powder.

The amount of hydrogenated oil in gatorade is so negligable I wouldn't worry about it.
You should drink gatorade during your workout as well to keep the blood glucose levels up.

Theres a fair bit of sugar carbs in Gatorate, as is so with their competitor products, so if your counting what you eat, don't forget to include the Gatorate.

I was using Gatorate, but switched to a competitor product because the Gaterate didn't contain magnesium.
