Does drinking 3 or 4 litres of milk a day lessen the amount of water i have to drink to maintain sufficeint hydration levels?

As long as your pee is pretty much always clear your good to go i terms of hydration.
Too much milk can push your cholesterol levels up though so be careful!

imo 3-4 litres is a rediculous amount.........if your drinking that evry day, does that mean youre not drinking nytin else?

Hey milks cheap here in new zealand! That amount is made up in milk on cereals, smoothies etc..it isn't that much is it? cheap form of protein i thort!

3-4l... i don't think there'd be any problem with that amount of milk. just make sure you're taking in water :) EDIT: enough water

Milk is good for you, I bet you are making good progress. There is water in milk, but remember, milk is not just water. A liter of milk is not a a liter of water, it's less.
