View Full Version : Keep bulking or start cut again?

Hey everyone, I was on a cut for a while and I got down to 146 lbs and I started a bulk, I wanted to do a slow clean bulk, but I went to ohio for vacation for a month (im still here and go back in a week) and its been hard to do my workouts with the proper weight and eat right. I got really sloppy I guess for this month. Not slow or clean bulk lol. And I gained some fat and I hate it, I'm weighing 152-155 now, I know I gained some fat, but I feel like its alot (my abs aren't the same). Idk if its my head playing games with me or what, well my question is when I go back should I go back on a cut and start the clean slow bulk after? Or should I just start the clean slow bulk from this messy bulk I'm on now?

lol haha, yeah I was calling it that earlier today.

And how for how long should I bulk for? Or till what weight? Any recomendations?

based on your current height and weight.. i say bulk.. bulk for a while.
