1)download them to your desktop
2)right click and go to properties
3)copy and paste the Address (URL)...it should end in .jpg
4) place that inbetween the image tags

Just attach the pic to your post. Click 'Post Reply' right under the last post on the page (which should now be my post), click the paper clip and find and attach the image. You don't even need to find a site to host it as long as it's small enough.

where are your pics coming from? Your desktop, an internet hosted site?? Try uploading them into an online gallery then posting them.

Your still really lean. Looks like your bulk has been nice and clean so far. Just keep gaining, you have a lot of room to grow.

Back is looking wide...nice v taper even relaxed. You need to work on your shoulders and chest though. Keep in mind this is constructive criticism and I mean only to help, but your back and front almost look like 2 different people. Great back/mediocre chest. Keep on working on it and hit it hard. You've done great so far, and don't neglect your legs. Working your legs helps your whole body grow!

I see no reason for you to quit bulking, you should easily be able to put lean mass on into the 220's-230's and if your a fighter the extra muscle mass will help you greatly.

Your a tall person, I dont see why you couldnt gain another 30-50's and keep it lean so why not?

Honestly, post better pics apart from your arms. What's wrong with:
Back double bicep
Front double bicep
Lat spread
Quads
Most muscular

5 pics to cover everything. We dont need 3 angles of your triceps.

I don't want to be a dick, but tricepts and bicepts piss me off to no end for some reason. I have no idea why it is such a common mistake but it is bicep and tricep without the 't'.

You can see your back a lot better in that "byceptflex" picture. Back is very good. Spelling and size need some work. :P
