Splenda with PWO shake?

Hey guys and girls.

Just wondered if anyone here puts splenda in their PWO shake?

I currently use unflavoured and unsweetened whey with malto as dextrose gives me a bad reaction (coldsores), so just wondered if putting some splenda with my PWO be ok? I use maltodextrin and whey PWO so would some splenda be ok just to make it a bit sweeter?

I add it to my PWO since I've started taking a PWO meal. Works fine for me.

splenda PWO is fine.

but i've never heard of maltodextrin causing oral herpes to flare up...
