Even though I can't stand the stuff, I've been eating 1/4 cup POST workout
for 4 days now since I've been told this is one of the best post workout foods available by some of the guys at the gym.

I can find sites that say it's good for you...but I can't find out exactely why its good for you.

Can anyone help ?

Protein i believe.

I dont think i've been getting enough protein in my diet so starting tomorrow im gonna have plain tuna on wheat sandwich with side of cottage cheese for lunchs.

Low Carb, Some good protein and fat. It fits nicely into most diets unless you either dislike it or have tolerance issues with it.

I'm guessing it's because of the protein also. There are plenty of other options besides cottage cheese...yogurt, string cheese, etc.
