what should be my intake on my off days? im currently intaking anywhere from 4400-4800 cals and around 150g of protien on my routine days.

Up the protein first and foremost, and I normally take in about 200-300 cals less on off days just due to you not burning off those calories like you would if you were working out.

im already taking in a little more than 1g per pound of LBM. should i up it to atleast 200g a day? what about protien on off days?

calories should always always stay the same...cutting or bulking...all I do is have the bulk of my carbs before 2pm, obviously skip my pw shake and sub in a whole food pro/fat meal....sometimes its a tad more cals, sometimes its a tad less....rest days are just as important, if not more than training days!

jesus, if you're only 150lbs of lean body mass, why are you eating 4000+ calories? you're not that huge, you shouldn't need much more than 3000cals to effectively bulk up.

its the only way i can seem to gain weight. i was already taking in 3000+ before i even started working out and i was staying at a steady 145 for the past 2 years

Yowza!!!!!

I'm 176 @ 12% bf, in the 5th week of my bulk, and I'm taking in about 2900 calories!!!! Your metabolism is sick!

nah...you cant say that boss....I'm 170, down from 220..bulking up again and close to 5K!

today is my off day and i hate every second of it...esp. on gear, it sucks!!!!!!

Did you guys change your macros? I am thinking about reducing carbs, but we'll see.
