Im 19 years old, im 6'1 and i weigh 165lbs with shoes on. Here is me after 3 months of lifting ... I am happy with the results considering i have never had anything that resembled a chest before.. right now im trying to bulk but i want it to be healthy, i am very big on health and its going to be really hard considering how i can eat anything and everything and not gain weight.. well im looking for a personal trainer if anyone wants to be my buddy.. my aim name is kyle092286 or just leave a message on here.. thanks - Kyle

eat lots of meat, proteins, carbs, and healthy fats. eat till ur very uncomfortbale. Make sure ur lifting hard. Take a weightgainer if u want..cytogainer is a very good product..and the weight gainer by atlarge.
Whats your diet like now
Are u on any supplements..if so what

o and by the way..ur looking good already..it jsut a matter of time before u really get the size on

Right now I'm using Gnc Mass XXX and those Isopure protein fruit drinks
Also I am lifting heavy making sure I do my working weight which is a max of 6-8 reps

how many calories a day are you eating?

if you can't answer that question, then THAT's the reason you're not gaining weight.

wow..know wonder your not gaining..my lminimum cals a day..is about 4000

For about 6 months last year I wasnt tracking my cals and was not gaining any weight at all. I was eating wayyy less than what I needed to. Fitday is a pain at first but once you get all your food entered it only takes 5 minutes or less per day. You are lean and 2500 is way too low to bulk for most.

its so low for almost all, you really should step it up..eat till u really feel uncomfortable..and want to throw up..of coarse..dont throw up because then ull have to eat the same amount to re get the calories..that are now in the toilet

pump ur calories up and get off of isopure... my friends mom takes it and its way way way too expensive... if you want something fruity then get some egg white protein (flavorless) and add it to gatorade or something...

ya good point..theres alot better proteins out there
