At the beginning of the summer I was 5'11" 149 lb. Now I'm 160. How much of the 11 pounds looks like muscle, and how much fat?

Also, what is lacking and needs more work? I'm thinking shoulders and bi's.

You're still lean. Not much fat gain that I can see. You're still skinny though and you can bulk for a long time yet!

Weak points are legs and traps.

Keep it up!

Does anyone know if I can find pics of someone whos around 5'11" and 185 8% bodyfat? This is my ultimate goal unless I see pics and say it's not enough muscle or too much.

You'll never know man. 20 people with those stats will look 20 different ways. If you have bad genetics it may never look good.

Don't get totally caught up with numbers, the mirror doesn't lie too much.

You look freakishly like someone I know. Do you have a pool in your backyard?

If you can stand up on your sink without it all coming crashing down, you don't weigh enough yet.

Honestly I don't see any significant changes but you must be doing something right if you gained 11 lbs. Keep at it, and start eating more. Don't focus on any one thing. You need to gain mass all around.
