There's no way to answer that question unless we know your maintenance calories, the macronutrients from your daily calories, and your goal.

Hey
my maintinance is around 2,500 cals i have lately just upped them to 3,400 a day beacuase i noticed i stopped gaining any weight for quite q while so i decided to measure my food and stuff and it turned out i was consuming around 2,600 cals a day most of the time, so i thought upping them to around 3,200 to 3,400 would suffice, and peanuts are a good source for good fats and cals plus the extra of added protein.
my macros for yesterday where:
fat : 108g
carbs: 364g
protein: 276
total calories = 3464
o yeh and im doing a slow clean bulk trying to gain around 1lb a week i currently weigh 180lbs 15% - 17% body fat, 5"10
cheers again

Numbers look okay.
A lot of people say there are better nuts than peanuts, but I've never had a problem with them.
