Running a little survey here. Trying to get a better idea of my maintenance calories. Please answer the following questions in order.

1. Age
2. Height
3. Weight
4. Bodyfat
5. Cutting or Bulking
6. Sex
7. Calories Per Week
8. Are you succesfully bulking / cutting / stagnating?
9. Weight Sessions per week & Cardio Sessiosn Per week.
10. How optimal do you feel your cut or bulk is? IE - Are you doing it cleanly?

I'll start.

1.19
2. 6"1
3. 200
4. 11%
5. cutting
6. 6
7 16300 weekly
8. Either stagnating or losing.
9. 3 weight sessions 1 cardio.
10. Very clean. Good immune system and sex drive. metab is good. Perhaps a bit too slow in losing weight.

9. Could be better, but all of this is a learning exerpience. Clean to very clean.

I'm currently figuring out my maintenance cals, seem to be around 2500cals.

7. Calories Per Week: 13,454 per week, based on last two weeks average from fitday
8. Are you succesfully bulking / cutting / stagnating?: Succesfully cutting very slowly
9. Weight Sessions per week & Cardio Sessiosn Per week.: 4 Weights, 4-6 cardio (20-minutes is a session for me)
10. How optimal do you feel your cut or bulk is? IE - Are you doing it cleanly?: "Cleanly"? I'm doing the best I know how to.

For sex you put 6, not male/female. So do you want to know how many times a week LOL.

I consider sex to be a HIIT session.

8. Yes i am cutting fine lost 80 pounds in 4 monthes not sure if it was a healthy way though so im trying to better my diet.

10. New protocol is working for me so far. I'll know more in a few months.

I really don't see how this will help you determine your maintenance levels. Every one here is going to have a different metabolism.

4. dunno, maybe 12
5. bulking
6. yes please
7. I dunno, but I eat about 4400-4700 a day
8. Doing a pretty good job on this bulk
9. Weights 4x's. No cardio.
10. Bulking pretty clean. I have a couple of cheat meals and drink generally 1x a week. It would be much better if I cut out liquor.

10. Seems to work. Eating enough is my battle. My diet is 75% clean + gummy worms and restaurant food.

6. Sex - not possible from monday to thursday
7. Calories Per Week - 20,000

8. Are you succesfully bulking / cutting / stagnating?
- Successfully cutting fat.
- Virtually no muscle loss.
- Strength goes up every workout, including high rep days when glycogen depleted.
- Thursday workouts after 4 days of glycogen depletion are unbelievably better than "normal" workouts.
- Weight maintaining around 200 (weight is tracked each day, morning and night, and stays very much the same week to week despite visible fat loss)

9. Weight Sessions per week & Cardio Sessiosn Per week. - 4 weight, 6 hours average of walking 3.5 mph

10. How optimal do you feel your cut or bulk is? IE - Are you doing it cleanly?

- Very clean, everything counted/measured, etc.

8. Weight isn't moving but definately slimming down, weights improving
9. 4 weight sessions, 4-5 cardio sessions (interval training, tababa squats, sprints, etc)
10. It is going slower then I like, but thats because I'm addicted to oatmeal right now and have troubel not eating tons of it. Overall though I'm leaning out nicely, but it is slow. Diet is very clean, but eating lots of healthy food.

Just an added note, 2 week average macros

Fat-87
Carbs-275

P.S. Thank god dave I love how your 5'7. I hate my height :( lol. We can be short together!!

Slim, what do your daily macros look like, do you consume all of your carbs post workout?

It is different everyday.

It's from the book UD 2.0 , so it gets a little complicated (not to mention intense).

It's definitely not something I would have tried, and had any success with, before this point in my life/experience.

10. It's clean, not sparkly, but really good. Slowly and steadily putting weight on. I went from a sixpack to slightly pudgy, but I've been maintaining ~18% for a while now, and still gaining weight so everything is in check. :thumbup:

I'm taking from this that my maintenance calories might be exactly where i thought they were.

Also finding out that a lot of people on this board like to masturbate all too often.
