Not to be confused with mexican torta, this one is basically an omelette.
Ingridients:
4.5 oz extra lean ground Chicken
1.5 large eggs
1/4 cup egg whites
salt pepper to taste
1/4 red bell pepper diced
1 challot (onion)
1 clove garlic
1 oz low fat cheddar cheeze
saute bell pepper until tender. set aside. saute garlic and onions add in chicken meat, cook meat thoroughly. in a separate bowl beat the eggs and egg whites, add chicken, pepper, garlic and onions. mix. preheat oven to 400 deg. butter or oil the bottom of cast iron pan and add the mixture in, put cheese on top and pop it in the oven for 10 mins.
