I think it will just heal up naturally. I dont think theres any creams or whatev. Try to pushing yourself to the point of bursting blood vessels, thats nuts.

I don't even want to know how many curls you did to make that happen.
They should lighten up and be gone in a week or 2.

He could be sensitive? Hahaha. What were you doing to make your blood vessels "pop"?

I thought he could have been doing something besides curls? I also didn't ask what muscle he "popped" blood vessels in. I have never heard of someone having blood vessels "pop" while lifting.

I know, I just put two and two together and assumed curls like bloodninja did. Oh well.
When you start getting bloody noses and your eyes look like you were out drinking all night, then you're almost lifting heavy enough. A couple of bruises on the biceps is no big deal. Why do you want to remove them?
(Try some visine)

burst blood vessels in the face and neck, along with bloodshot eyes are where it's at... sidior's eyes turn almost pure red during some of the bigger lifts... i haven't had a nose bleed yet though... i can't wait!

But this guy said he's just started. We don't want to kill him yet...
