Cutting junk food down to one or two meals a week and flat out stop drinking non-diet pop is a good start. How many pushups can you do?

A good place to start, then. :) If you can't push yourself off the ground then 'cheat' and start at the top and try to lower yourself as slow as you can. It's just to get you used to exercising.

You're 13 with several years of school ahead of you. Take gym class and clean up your diet and you'll probably do really well in losing weight. You've got a lot of hidden muscle mass under there by virtue of weight alone... learn to condition it in gym and you'll KILL anyone you slam into on a football field or hockey rink.
