righty-o, will do and try to keep my journal.

Yesterday was leg day, and I was glad to add small increments to my squats and leg presses. Felt drained but alert at the end, and slightly blissful.
I cannot emphasize enough how valuable a great training partner is to my workouts (and how much of a curse it can be when you start acting silly).
I am deciding to lay the Protein shake off one dose a day 'cause I am getting pudgier faster than bigger, and though I want to maintain the bulk program another couple of weeks, I want to give myself a fair chance to be able to work off the fat later and not be buried under it. :)
Today I started feeling a little stiff, and by now properly sore. Well done.
