View Full Version : Hawaiian Colosal Shrimp

Ingredients:
4 Collosal shrimps or Prawns
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbs butter
3 tbs lite coconut cream/milk
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
salt and pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes

In a frying pan, put in butter garlic and sweet red peppers. Saute the garlic and red peppers to get the flavours out. Throw in the prawns and cook for 2 mins. Flip the prawns and add in about a table spoon of pineapple juice together with the pineapple chunks. Let the prawns absorb the juice . Season with salt and pepper and parsley flakes. Add the coconut cream and simmer for 3-5 mins or until the sauce is thick.

That looks pretty good, how good of a source of protein is shrimp?

It tastes good too ;) . I think it's ok. considering there's only about 4 oz of meat in there . can't really compare it to chicken or beef :burger:
