Does anyone have any cheap and simple(minimal preperation needed) foods with a ton of calories they like to use when bulking? I'm trying to exploring my options :)

Roast beef is $5 dollars a pound here. Buy lots of that, with some provolone cheese, rye and you're ready to go.

If you want shake ingredients, what getfit said.

Canola Oil, its the good kind of fat. Put it into whatever you can, its cheap and lots of cals.
Hellman's just came out with a new mayonaise that uses canola oil instead of soybean oil, I saw it at the store today and almost got a boner.

Milk, a gallon a day. I'd do that when I bulk but I can't keep it cold in classes :(

LOL now that's dedication. Keep it up, and try almonds. Kind of loud to chew, though.
