I've beem working out for ahwile now, but I just want to know what people think. I know I'm small and I'm trying to ad weight.

start packing in the cals bro and step up the intensity! your so lean right now you could add 30 lbs and still not have to cut.

Yes eat loads. Get plenty of heavy meaty foods. 12oz steaks+! and healthy fats. Fish oils and that. Skys the limit man! Lift heavy ass weight! With good form. Low reps (3-6) Compound movements. Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Mil Press and Barbell Row, And rest lots. try to get 8-10 hours sleep per day.
what weight and whats ur stats?
bythe looks of it, you could like Rob said above. gain 30lbs and still have no worries!

3) Do lots of compound lifts

pretty much what everybody else says. it won't take long for you to see a big difference though cuz you've got a good base to start from
