Ive had to switch my workouts due to work and now im working out first thing in the morning. upat 5:30 i take shock therapy to help wake me up, at 6:00 i do a whey and oats shake by 6:30 im in the gym lifting. This has been my mornings for the past few weeks now, My problem is i seem to be getting very nausea's while i work out. I would get it doing squats sometimes before if i was doing alot of reps but now i get it all the time. Does anyone have any other ideas on what to eat that might make me less nausea's in the morning;
