17 years old, 6 foot, just short of 170 lbs. I'm trying to bulk, using WBB1 routine. I figure maybe giving an update here now and then will help motivate me.

unflexed for all the pictures

Anyone want to give a bodyfat estimate? It's gotta be pretty low. I think I can afford to just eat my house down.

12 - 13% bodyfat is my guess.

What do you think is a reasonable timeframe to reach my goal of 200 lbs?

Atleast 1/2 year. This is assuming that you gain one pound per week for the next 30 weeks.

For the two months I have been bulking, I have gained 20 pounds. Is it unreasonable to expect to maintain this gain?

Very unreasonable. Also, many of your gains won't be muscle if you're gaining 2.5 lbs of weight per week. Stick to one pound per week.

I'm of similar height and was of the same weight about a year and a half ago.

I'm currently 200lbs, could have got there a bit quicker but not without excess fat especially on the abs. Now looking to cut approx 10lbs and then clean bulk, up and down up and down.

There's no rush, your young, take in as much info as you can especially diet/nutrition and you'll have no option but to grow.

Good luck

Some words of advice from me are: lift hard day in and day out, eat very healthy, read a lot on nutrition and training, and keep pushing as hard as you can. This is a sport for the dedicated. Anyone can do it.

Good luck anon...
You are lean and have a decent frame.. you shouldn't have a problem adding some great mass if you continue to lift heavy, eat right (and alot) and rest enough.

Thanks for the support guys. Right now I'm getting 4000-4500 calories a day. Is this about right? I'm also using Nitrean and thinking about getting some Creatine-500, but is that too "hardcore" for me at this point?

Creatine is not hardcore, more people should be taking it. It has numerous health benefits. What is your maintenance caloric intake? If you didn't calculate that, then we can't tell you if you're taking in too many or not enough calories.

Cool - I'm glad everyone is being so supportive. So I guess I'll put up some pictures about once a month, hopefully with noticable differences. I hope to make you guys proud!

My advice would be to take it as it comes, the only way is to actually bulk up to min. 200 lbs and then have another look at yourself in the mirror. Take it one step at a time bro and you'll do just fine.
