OK, here is my dilemna

i eat ground beef (91%)

when i cook it, oil drips out (like any kind of meat with fat in it)

how do i account for not eating the fat?

or shouldi just eat the fat too? (since i dont put butter or oil on the skillet to cook it

I wouldn't worry about it.

If you're not gaining weight and want to then just increase the portion size a bit to compensate.

Are you tracking on fitday.com? I believe they have "before" and "after" cooking options.

I like to wait for the fat to solidify, then I spread it on toast. MMMMM.
