Protein:eggs,tuna,chicken,beef,fish,whey protein,cottage cheese....????
Carbs:rice,pasta,oatmeal,potatoes,...???
Am i forgetting something?

I think i watch out the carb first,tend to make me fat...

Actually, whey protein is the cheapest source of protein ever, in terms of grams of protein/$. Do the math yourself. Tuna comes in a close second.
Note: This assumes you are buying ON 100% whey from DPS nutrition or the protein sold at www.allthewhey.com.
Obviously if you want to buy a more expensive brand, it might not be the best deal anymore.

and a truck load of vegetables.
I would go for a blended protein though, either Nitrean, or ON's Pro-complex. both still have plenty of whey for post workout nutrition, but better BCAA profiles than any straight, inexpensive whey I've seen.
Honestly, I like Nitrean because it has some casien in it.
I didn't bookmark this study I found that showed a whey casien blend is better for both lean mass gains and fat loss, but that's one of the reasons I like that blend.
