How do I find the amount of calories, protien, carbs, fat a food has if it's not listed anywhere? For example I love quiznos but I can only eat it on cheat days and bulks because they don't list nutrition facts. Or I can't eat my moms cooking because I dont know the facts.
How do I found out stuff like this?:D

I use this and add it info to fitday.com.
EDIT: Just did some searching and I guess quizno's doesn't disclose that info. Just piece together what you had then enter it in to fitday.com.

Yeah thats your best bet, inaccurate I know but what else can ya do. I usually estimate that the regular sammies are 1000cals. Who know if thats any where near what they really are but it's kept me in my range.

Hm yeah that sucks
I've only been eating stuff without cals on cheatdays. The US should force everyone to put out nutrition facts.
