all our damn lights went off earlier for some reason so the vids pretty dark, but this is easy stuff now! no chalk, an basically a no set, i pretty much just place it with my left then slam it shut with my right

You should get certified on them.

For anyone who doesn't know, there are only a couple of hundred people who can do what he just did in that video. Very impressive.

**** yeah dude- very nice... I've seen you rep the #2 and the HG 300 for tons of reps- how many can you hit with the #3?

cheers guys

plans for #4? - i have plans to have the strongest hands in the history of man kind, and nobody can stop that from happening

i cant be bothered certing right now, the list is kind of invalid with all the rule changes, ill probably cert on the #3 at some point, maybe just the #4 though

im not sure how many reps i could get, this was the only time ive tried it when my grip was fresh, it was easy though, i dont think it be too long before im hiting sets of 5..ill see next time

What were the rule changes?

Im sorry but this ones even darker, we got the lights working afterwards but i had only a bit of street light with this, it was late - i was trying my best to show the number!

the rules used to be that your allowed to close the gripper in any way you could (both hands, using your leg etc) till there was only a little bit left to close (just 1 inch), now you can only go down to the size of a credit card (only been 2 or 3 people cert this year cuss of this), an also, they have now added in that you have to close another gripper after your own, with that one being straight out of the packet (usually people season grippers down to make them easier) - a no set is harder, this is the hardest way to do it, and its a brand new gripper

I'd tremble in fear at the prospect of shaking your hand.
