im on a cut right now, i have the belief that being hungry eats away at your muscles? is this true?

Yes, the less you eat, the faster you lose muscle mass.

The perception of hunger can be misleading. Before I found WBB, I would only eat until full, and would never gain an ounce. Later, I forced myself to eat beyond that point, and started growing. My appetite also increased to keep up with my increased food intake.

Now that I am deep in the middle of a cut, I have found that even though I am eating 1200 cals less than on a bulk, I really don't feel much hungrier than I did before.

it could be that you're not eating enough.

it could be taht you're eating too many fast digesting foods...or not enough fats with protein at the right times so you have good calorie intake, but not enough 'whole food' to keep you satisfied for 2-3 hours til your next meal.
