I am in week 3.5 of cutting up with 10 to go. I weigh
177 down from 192 at the start and will attempt
go in as a light at 163-165. I have posted new
photos taken a couple days ago which show
some back photos per Ron's request.
There is some good muscle work there I just
don't know how to show it off.
I need a lot of cut up work to bring out the
legs and whatever is in the calves, and the back.
I am also a total amatuer to posing which I am getting
some help on as of today. The next lot of photos
will have me at around 165-170lbs and show
should a world of difference. From there it
will down to 163 which should put me at 4-5%
body fat.
