PPP, a lot of what is written there is just breakdowns of the individual macros.

eg it states the lipid content on a whole, then further down states the lipid breakdown. It does this for protein too.

They have a good mineral and vitamine profile, but on a whole bananas aren;t all that special.

Good source of potassium tho...

I always thought they had 32g of carbs in them?

Arent they Hi Gi though? I thought apples were the best fruit to eat because they were low GI?

*****there are seasonal variation in carb% and the overall elvel will vary alot with the weight of the banana. They do not come in the same size at the super market*****

depends on how ripe the banana is to its GI. the riper the higher the GI.
